One Valhalla is a new town home and condominium community that will be where the old Valhalla Inn in Etobicoke once stood. The community will consist of three glass condominiums that will rise above a 3-story podium and have 68 contemporary town homes surrounding the courtyard that will be full of raised planters, extensive greenery and decorative lighting.

Thunderbird is in Phase 2 at One Valhalla and is a contemporary sculpture of steel and glass atop a three-storey podium. Tower A will feature a lobby with many of the original accents of the past Inn including the huge stone fireplace as its focal point. The interior will have 40oz broadloom carpet in the bedrooms, kitchen, den, hallways and living/dining room, while the laundry room will have white ceramic tiles and the foyer, mechanical and storage rooms will have plank laminate floating floor with an underlay.

Amenities include a pool, terrace, bar, lounge, theatre room, fitness centre and guest suites. Tower B also has an indoor pool but combines a splash pool whirlpool, games and billiards room, another fitness facility and a children’s playroom to its list of features.
