One of the newest and most anticipated projects  of Camrost-Felcorp is The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza, the conversion of the old Four Season’s hotel building. WZMH Architects is planning to do a make over to its 1971 project to a new 21st century residential building that will be offering an exclusive collection of condominium suites.

The old building will be anchored by a contemporary two storey glass podium, these first two storeys will entirely be a retail space refreshing the sizable commercial footprint along Yorkville Avenue and Avenue Road. In addition to that, The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza will include exclusive amenities: twenty four hour concierge, fitness facilities on the third floor, party room lounge with audio/video equipment, formal dining room/boardroom with bar and kitchenette, management office, and on-site superintendent's suite.

The Residences of Yorkville Plaza will offer a variety of suites with a touch of modern and elegant style but will still retain the classic 20th century design of its architecture.
