Monde Condominiums by Great Gulf Homes  will be a 36-storey high condominium tower situated at 5 Lower Sherbourne, East Bayfront north of Queens Quay East. The structure is designed by internationally renowned architect Moshe Safdie, interiors will be designed by Ceconni Simone.

The building is taking registrations now, launching in September 2011 and it is expected to be finished by 2015. Monde, comprised of a point tower and podium, will feature a mixture of limestone-coloured masonry and translucent glass. The project will have approximately 500 suites and will bring lively eating establishments and retail to the east edge of Sherbourne Common.
