The landmark 4-cube building was imaginatively designed by architect Roy Varacalli and is close to Bloor St. subway, shopping and restaurants, the Bata Shoe Museum, Maple Leaf Gardens and the Royal Ontario Museum.

Each cube celebrates its own uniqueness and style designed by Rosario Varacalli and showcases limited edition open concept suites with wrap around windows, European inspired kitchens with Miele appliances and views of Bloor St. and the ROM. The principal rooms have approximately 9’ ceilings, pre-engineered wood flooring and environmentally conscious aluminum window frames with double pane sealed glazed units. The contemporary kitchen is exclusively designed by Burdiflek and features quartz countertops with a variety of backsplashes. The bathrooms have separate bathing and shower units.

Amenities include 24-hour concierge, a bar, lounge, fitness centre, yoga studio, fireside lounge and a terrace with a pool. The entire ninth floor is dedicated to entertainment with two lounges that have either a private dinning room with a kitchen or a bar. Parking costs $48,800.
